Pastors' Vision

To transform lives and reach the unsaved through sound doctrine, teaching, and preaching. We welcome you with unjudging arms. We welcome you with authentic loving arms. We welcome you with deep caring arms. We welcome you to Second Mt. Nebo M.B.C. As a member of this church, there are no little “I’s” and no big “U’s.” In fact, it’s all about Him, meaning the LORD Jesus Christ. Our church epitomizes three frameworks which are team, love, and faith. These frameworks are used to glorify Christ and to grow in Christ whether inside the church, outside the church, place of employment, and home where you reside. Here at Second Mt. Nebo, we invest in our members and community alike.

As newcomers in Christ, re-dedications, and spiritual regeneration; whatever category you fit, our church has you covered. To illustrate our commitment and enhance your Christian Walk, the following tools and resources will be provided: (N.I.V. bible, customized folder and pen, spiritual notepad, new membership packet, all wrapped in a beautiful box). However, it doesn’t stop there! New members are encouraged to attend an awesome training course, which lasts around 1 hour. These training modules are fun, engaging, and informative. One can attend these courses at church and/or home, although at the church is desired. Upon training completion, a certificate will follow and be placed in your file.

My expectation is for you to get involved with community events, church outings, church picnic, church ministries, church fellowship and Wednesday night bible study currently hosted on Zoom. And while giving is important, encompassing tithes and offering, we are not a church to bleed you for money. My primary concern is salvation for all and bring those into the fray that have not found Christ.
